We all know a Bernard

This is Bernard is the latest video from the Labour Party. I think it is true to say that we all know a Bernard as highlighted in this video. In my own electoral area in Waterford there are too many people that fall into this category. People that are afraid to come outside of their homes after dark due to fear of attack. Like Pat Rabbitte I have always believed that the greatest deterrent to crime is more Gardai on the beat in our estates.
