Enable more people to begin to buy a home
Pat Rabbitte and the Labour Party's fifth commitment is to enable more people to begin to buy a home. The Labour Party is committed to this new idea to help people get onto the property ladder. It is a new scheme that will provide a means for more people with a job to begin to buy their own home. This new proposal is called 'Begin to Buy'.
