All roads lead to The Helix in Dublin City University this Saturday for the Labour Party conference. Delegates from all over Ireland will gather to listen to and take part in debate on party policy. This year the conference will include a series of workshops with the flagship workshop called "The Operation of Policing in a Changing Ireland" which will be chaired by Brendan Howlin TD and include Speakers: Nuala O'Loan, Police Ombudsman of Northern Ireland and Conor Brady, Member, Garda Ombudsman Commission. Other policy workshops will include Labour's 5 Commitments for Change- Climate Change- Trafficking of Women- Labour's Equality Agenda. The highlight of the conference will of course be the Party Leaders address by Pat Rabbitte TD on Saturday night which will be covered live on RTE television.
